An establishment with style and tradition, and above all, with the necessary vision. Our client, the Hotel Saratz in Pontresina has recently become one of our great ReGuest fans. We are most excited and looking forward to support the Saratz with our technology.
It is one of the best winter hotels in Switzerland, among the top family hotels. In short, a dream come true. Elegant and homely.

The hotel has been in the hands of the Saratz family for 150 years. It was founded in 1865 by Gian Saratz. Over time, the simple guest house in Pontresina turned into a 4-star superior hotel.

The Saratz has always been visited by artists, politicians and many illustrious guests. Now these people are to be surprised with a very special offer. In order to convey the style of the establishment even before the arrival of the guest, the hotel has treated itself to a very special gift on occasion of its 150th anniversary: our ReGuest.

They are using the Offers, Messages, Connect and Warranty modules. That is to say, the full package.
With the help of the Offers module, offers and offer templates are created for winter and summer guests, new guests and regulars. All the different target groups are thus addressed, while the work of the reception team is much facilitated at the same time.
Even before their arrival, guests are put in the right mood for their holidays in this unique environment by means of the PreStay notice.

The long-lasting success of the establishment is no mere coincidence. It is based on continuous improvement. With the help of our Post-Stay module, all guests can now rate the hotel after departing and provide suggestions for further improvement. As the hotel uses the Protel hotel management package, a Protel interface was integrated into our software to enable our client to continue working as usual.The tool has now been online for nearly a month. Our client loves it and we consider ourselves to be very lucky to count such an impressive establishment among the ReGuest fans.
