ReGuest conquers Gerlos – Who’s next?

More and more excited hoteliers are using our ReGuest sales tool. On Monday we placed our tool online for our client the Hotel Kristall in Gerlos.
Really experience the Ziller Valley 
The Hotel Kristall in Gerlos is the first hotel for adults in the Ziller Valley arena where couples can enjoy time together or guests can just have a bit of time to themselves. The restaurant has been awarded a Gault Millau crest and 13 points.

The health area offers pure relaxation with numerous applications and massages. Of course there are opportunities for activity too, from hiking through golf to skiing. There is something here for everyone.

ReGuest in the Ziller Valley
Our client uses our sales tool to produce offers in German and English. Since Monday the client has been able to produce engaging offers in response to his guests’s enquiries which have been produced on a bespoke platform in a responsive web design.

As well as sending the offer, our client uses the feature for additional services. This offers the client the possibility of offering guests treatments in the health area and so increase the value of the booking.

To make the booking as convenient and secure as it possibly can be, the Hotel Kristall uses our Warranty module. Thanks to this module, credit card data for confirming the room can be sent safely.
 
Last but not least, our messages module is used. Thanks to Messages, all guests receive an automatic notification a few days before arrival and are informed of any events or additional services during their stay.

The opinions of guests are very important to our client and so they they use Post Stay: this intelligent tool is for sending an automatic message to the guests after their departure. The guest is asked for feedback and can give an evaluation. If this is positive, it is passed on to Tripadvisor or Holiday Check. If it is negative, the guest is asked to give feedback directly to the hotelier.

We are eagerly expecting the first feedback from our customer.
Now we are off to warmer climes with our ReGuest – soon the guests on Lake Garda will also be excited about ReGuest.

The Du Lac & Du Parc resort in Riva del Garda has opted for the sales tool in three languages: German, English and Italian. We will create an interface to Protel and the client has purchased the Messages and Warranty modules.
