The results of our first customer satisfaction survey
After 2 years from the launch of ReGuest, we decided to test it among our clients with our first ReGuest customer satisfaction survey.
The survey was meant not only to measure the level of satisfaction of our product and our customer service, but also to understand the not fulfilled needs of our clients and the most important development areas for the ReGuest of the future.
 
The survey was sent to our clients in German and Italian.
 
We are very proud to announce the results of our survey, since they are so full of good vibrations:
  • The 100% is satisfied or fully satisfied with the product
  • The 98% is satisfied or fully satisfied with our customer service
  • The features our clients like most are the creation of emotional offers and the easy communication with the guests 
Thanks to the survey, we received a lot of important feedbacks that we will seriously take into account. We really want to thank all the clients for their helpfulness!
 
And what about the ReGuest of the future?
