ReGuest in the Du Lac & Du Parc Resort on Lake Garda
You really feel like you have arrived in paradise when you stroll through the 70,000 m² park right on Lake Garda. Flowers and plants are lovingly cared for. Ducks cross our path. Swans found their way into the swimming pool by mistake, in an idyllic picture. The autumn leaves are are already falling from the trees, but we are immediately captured by the charm of this place.

The hotel has a lot to offer: from the park, to the swimming pools and the health area. The perfect family holiday destination, but also perfect for business people and for the German national team.
To convince these various target groups with the appropriate offer we will create different templates that can be used directly in ReGuest.
This then will considerably reduce the time it takes to create an offer, without losing sight of the guests’ wishes. ReGuest is used in three languages, German, Italian and English.

The hotel’s employees can’t wait to send their first engaging offers through ReGuest. They have felt for some time that a simple e-mail is not sufficient to highlight all the advantages and convince the clients before they even arrive of the paradise which awaits them in their accommodation.
